Located in the historic Grove Park Inn neighborhood the commission was to remove and existing piece -meal deck, and replace it with a new screened porch. As always, our intent was to make our efforts seamless to this 100 year old home. Ipe decking, an indoor fireplace and a small grill deck hit the mark on this one.
